This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use Doli Live and related
services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue

1. What Information We Collect
We collect the following types of data:
• Usage Information: clicks, views, downloads, searches, and video edits within the app.
• Device and Log Information: unique device ID, GAID, device model, language, country, IP address, OS version, app version,
network data, and logs.
• Feedback or Contact Data: email, phone number, and support messages.
• Facial Information (Optional): used only for image or video effect processing. This data is processed temporarily and
deleted immediately after use.
• Registration Information: date of birth (for age verification) and optional gender (for personalization).
We apply the principle of data minimization, collecting only what is necessary to provide and improve our Services.
2. Permissions We May Request
With your explicit consent, we may request:
• Camera – to capture photos or videos.
• Microphone – for live audio or recording features.
• Storage access – to read or write files for video editing.
• Network access – to connect to online features.
You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time. Revoking a permission will stop the associated feature
but not affect prior lawful processing.

We collect data:
• Directly from you, when you provide information in the app.
• Automatically, through analytics tools and cookies (see section 5).

6. Storage and Retention of Your Information
Your data is stored securely on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate
your account, fulfill contractual or legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Normally, data is deleted or anonymized within 6 months after
account deletion, unless legal retention periods apply.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We never sell personal data. We share data only when necessary to provide Services or comply with the law, including with:
• Service providers and SDK partners (e.g., Apple ID, Facebook Connect, Snapchat Connect, Umeng). These partners act under
written data processing agreements and are bound to handle data securely and only according to our instructions.
• Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.
• Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition), where safeguards ensure continued protection.
Third-party information collection details:
Basic equipment information, including equipment brand, equipment manufacturer, equipment model number, equipment name,
equipment system type and version, equipment basic configuration, equipment basic settings, equipment environment.
Device identification information, MAC address, Android ID, IDFV (Identifier For Vendor), IDFA (Identity for Advertisers),
OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier), device serial number.
Device network information, including network access form, wireless router identification (BSSID, SSID, MAC) and IP address,
WIFI list, network operator information, network base station information, network connection status.
Device application information, including SDK host application package name and version number.

8. How We Protect Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:
• Encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit,
• Access controls and authentication,
• Regular security assessments, and
• Staff confidentiality obligations.
In the event of a personal data breach that may risk your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities in accordance
with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
9. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account via:
1. Open Doli Live
2. Tap Me > My Settings > About Us > Cancel Account
3. Confirm deletion. You will be reminded of any remaining diamond balance.
Deleting your account will:
• Permanently remove all personal data (profile, messages, device info, etc.)
• Erase your in-app assets (e.g., diamonds)
• Disable account recovery
10. Your Rights Under GDPR
We highly value the user experience on Doli App, and to ensure that our platform provides a safe and friendly environment,
we:
• have introduced a user reporting mechanism. Through this mechanism, users can easily report any violations by other users,
such as explicit or pornographic content, illegal activities, or any other inappropriate behavior. Once a user submits a report, our customer
service team promptly takes action within 24 hours and implements appropriate punitive measures based on the severity of the reported
violations. These punitive measures may include warnings and account suspensions at varying levels.
• have incorporated a blocking feature in Doli App. Users have the ability to block other users they do not wish to interact
with from both their profile pages and private chat pages. Once a user is blocked, the blocked user will be unable to send messages or access
the live streams of the user who blocked them. Users also have the flexibility to unblock others from the "Blacklist" section, which restores
the interaction privileges with the unblocked user.
EU users have the following rights:
• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your data.
• Restriction: Limit how we process your data.
• Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw any consent you previously gave.
We will respond within 30 days of receiving your verified request. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you
have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a
parent or guardian believes a child has provided us data without consent, please contact us, and we will promptly delete it.
12. International Data Transfers
Although our servers are located in Germany, some data may be accessed or processed by our team in the United States. When
this occurs, we ensure safeguards such as:
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and
• Security measures consistent with GDPR Articles 44–49.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material
changes will be communicated through the app or website before taking effect.
