8.How We Protect Your Information
We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from your using of our Services on the Platforms. 9.How to delete your account
1. Open Doli Live
2. Tap Me > My Settings>aboutus>Cancel Account
3. Once you tapped Cancel Account, a confirm window will show up and ask whether you ensure to delete your account thoroughly from Doli Live. This window not only applies for your confirmation but also reminds you the current remaining diamond balance of your wallet in Doli Live to prevent the potential loss of your property due to careless and thoughtless operations.
Deleting your account will:
• Deleting your account and all related info from Doli Live
• Erase your message history
• Delete your diamonds
• All your pictures, sex,email,phone number (incase you are using to log in),IP and all related info will be erased from our data base and you cannot undo this step.
• If you delete your account you cannot regain access to your account.
10.Your Rights
We highly value the user experience on Doli App, and to ensure that our platform provides a safe and friendly environment, we:
• have introduced a user reporting mechanism. Through this mechanism, users can easily report any violations by other users, such as explicit or pornographic content, illegal activities, or any other inappropriate behavior. Once a user submits a report, our customer service team promptly takes action within 24 hours and implements appropriate punitive measures based on the severity of the reported violations. These punitive measures may include warnings and account suspensions at varying levels.
• have incorporated a blocking feature in Doli App. Users have the ability to block other users they do not wish to interact with from both their profile pages and private chat pages. Once a user is blocked, the blocked user will be unable to send messages or access the live streams of the user who blocked them. Users also have the flexibility to unblock others from the "Blacklist" section, which restores the interaction privileges with the unblocked user.

The Platform is not intended for Children. Children under the age of 17(or other age specified by the law applicable to your region) must not use the Platform for any purpose without first obtaining parental/guardian’s consent to this Privacy Policy (both for themselves and on your behalf). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
It is our policy not to require personal information from minors or offer to send any promotional materials to persons in that category. We do not seek or intend to seek to receive any personal information from minors.
